Location. Modern Grand Hotel Bonanno is located in Pisa, Italy, 800 metres from the Leaning Tower and less than one and a half kilometres from the historic Old Town and Pisa Central Station. Pisa Airport is just three and a half kilometres away.
Hotel Features. Opened in January 2006, the four storey Grand Hotel Bonanno is painted in cream with flowerbeds and small trees around the main entrance. Sliding doors lead into the long reception area with grey marble floors, deep sofas and plasma televisions.
Grand Hotel Bonanno's Restaurant Il Palmizio serves a buffet breakfast and daily changing menu of Tuscan dishes. The restaurant has a wide range of Italian wines, while the American Bar by the hotel garden is the place to unwind in deep armchairs with a cocktail.
The hotel has several meeting rooms with natural light, wireless Internet access (surcharge) throughout the hotel and an Internet corner for browsing and sending emails.
Multilingual staff are available 24 hours a day to help guests book tours, golf, horseback riding and excursions to Tirrenia Beach.
Guestrooms. Grand Hotel Bonanno's 90 air conditioned guestrooms have plasma televisions, minibars, safes and high speed Internet access. Guestrooms are decorated in neutral tones, and the turquoise mosaic bathrooms have bath/shower combinations.

From Pisa Airport (PSA):
Distance to Grand Hotel Bonanno is 3.5 kilometres, approximately 10 minutes' drive.
Getting there. A direct train service runs between Pisa Airport and the city centre. Services also run from the airport to Pontedera, Florence, and Empoli. Single tickets cost approximately 1.20 EUR to Pisa, and 5 EUR to Florence. Buses run from outside arrivals to central Pisa, Livorno, Lucca, and Pietrasanta. Taxis to the city centre cost around 6 EUR 8 EUR. Prices are all subject to change.
Getting around. Pisa's city centre is compact and easy to explore on foot. Cycling is popular for visiting the outskirts of the city and the river. Public buses run throughout the city, and CPT buses operate throughout the region. A car is useful for exploring the surrounding Tuscan countryside. There is a car park near to the hotel (surcharge).
